Roasted Chickpeas and Peanuts Salad

Ingredients:
· ½ cup roasted chickpeas (roast them for 20 min at 180 with salt, pepper and paprika)
· 1 cup purple cabbage
· 1 cup baby cos
· Shaved fennel
· 1 tbsp healthy satay sauce
· Add ½ cup of quinoa or brown rice
