Do you offer face to face or online consultations? 

I offer online consultations only from my virtual clinic in Sydney, Australia. 

My working days are Saturday mornings, but I am also available from Monday to Friday after work hours (after 6pm).

How can I make an appointment? 

You can easily make an appointment online by filling out the "Book a Consult" form.

I will get in touch with you shortly after with the next available date.

Do you only help with weight loss? 

Absolutely not! I am also very passionate about women health, Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome (PCOS) and fertility & sports nutrition. 

How long do the consultations last? 

The initial consultation runs usually for 60-90 minutes.

Follow-ups are usually 30-45 minutes. 

How often do I need to come for a follow-up?

It depends on your presentation. 

Typically, the first follow up happens TWO weeks after the first consultation. 

After that it is usually monthly or every 6-8 weeks. 

Do you offer meal plans and will you cut out all my favorite foods?

Yes, you will receive a personalized meal plan after your initial consultation.

No, I never cut out any food completely. 

My approach is based on balance and there is definitely space for foods that are good for the soul.
