Quick & tasty dinner idea đ
All you need is:
- homemade guacamole (smashed avo đ„ with lime/lemon juice, chilly flakes & parsley)
- Mayonnaise
- salad, coleslaw mix or spinach
- hoki fillets which I covered in panko crumbs and baked in the oven at 180 for 12/15 minutes
- tortillas
Enjoy (maybe with a margarita đđ)
