Dinner idea for tonight:
Spaghetti Prawns and Asparagus đ
Perfect complete and balanced meals that ticks all the boxes:
â complex carbs
â protein
â veggies
â delicious!
Method:
I cooked the chopped asparagus on a pan with one tbsp of extra virgin olive oil. When soft I added the prawns with salt & pepper.
In the mean time I cooked the spaghetti in boiling water for 7 minutes, when done, I added the spaghetti to the prawns and asparagus.
Tip: add 1/2 cup of the water in which you cooked the pasta in and see the magic, so creamy!
