I love one-pan dinners, minimal prep, minimal cooking and minimal washing 😉
You need a bit of time for cooking, but once the dinner is in the oven you can forget about it and keep working or doing house stuff.
Ingredients:
- chicken thighs fillets
- potatoes
- carrots or other favorite veggies (broccoli, zucchini, capsicums, cauliflower will also go very well)
- extra virgin olive oil
- salt and pepper
- rosemary
- thyme
- paprika
Method:
- chop the potato and veggies and put on a baking tray
- add the chicken thighs
- add olive oil (or spray), salt, pepper, herbs and paprika
- bake at 180 degrees for 60 minutes
How easy and I guarantee this combination is a winner!!
