One-Pan Dinner

Ingredients:
· Salmon fillet
· One small sweet potato
· One bunch of broccolini
· Evoo
· Garlic
· Salt & pepper
· Chilli flakes
Method:
· Peel and chop the sweet potatoes and boil them for 10 minutes;
· Put the salmon fillet, broccolini and sweet potatoes in a pan, add 2 tablespoons of evoo, salt & pepper;
· I like to add a little bit of garlic and chilli flakes on the broccolini;
· Cook for 30 minutes at 180 degrees
