Kale chips

Ingredients:

· 2/3 kale leaves

· 2/3 tablespoons of evoo

· Salt & pepper

· Chilli flakes

· Paprika

Method:

· Wash the kale leaves and dry them properly (otherwise they won’t crisp up);

· Cut them in chips size and put them in a pan;

· Add the evoo and sprinkle with salt, pepper, paprika and chilli flakes;

· Bake them at 180 for 15/20 minutes until crispy
