Ingredients:
· 1 can of chickpeas;
· 2 tbsp of peanut butter;
· 2 tbsp of cocoa powder;
· 1 tsp of baking powder;
· 1 tbsp of honey;
· Lots of dark chocolate chips;
· 1 or 2 handful of walnuts.
Method:
· Add the chickpeas, peanut butter, cocoa powder and honey into a food processor until they reach a cookie dough consistency;
· Add the chocolate chips and walnuts and stir;
· Form some little balls with the dough and place them on a baking tray;
· Bake at 180 for 15-20 minutes.
