Mixed Berries Baked Oats

This is a recipe for a delicious breakfast / snack.


Ingredients:

- 2 eggs

- 1 cup milk of choice

- 1/4 cup maple syrup or honey

- 1 tsp vanilla essence

- 2 cups oats

- 1 tbsp baking powder

- 1 tsp cinnamon powder

- 1 and 1/2 cup frozen mixed berries


Method:

- combine dry & wet ingredients

- bake for 40 minutes at 180 degrees


Serves about 6


I have been loving it for breakfast with some greek yoghurt, also great as a snack or why not with some vanilla ice-cream for dessert 😋
