Banana & Buckwheat Pancakes

-1 ripe banana

-1 egg

-1 tsp baking powder

-1/2 cup buckwheat flour


-put all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth

-cook in a non-stick pan with a little bit of coconut oil

-serve with some yoghurt, maple syrup, nuts and fresh fruit!
