Ingredients:
-2 eggs
-1/3 cup milk
-2 tbsp evoo
-1 tsp vanilla essence
-2 cups almond meal
-2 tbsp coconut
-1 tsp baking powder
-1 mashed banana
-15g dark chocolate chip
Method:
-whisk the eggs,
-add all the wet ingredients
-add the dry ingredients
-mash the banana and add it to the mix
-add the dark chocolate chips
-bake at 180 for 30 minutes
