Homemade Healthy Brownies

-1 cup oats;

-2 tbsp coconut

-¼ cup cocoa powder

-1 tsp of baking powder

-2 egg

-2 tbsp peanut butter

-¼ cup milk of choice

-3 tbsp of maple syrup or honey

-Optional: dark chocolate chips


-In a food processor, mix together oats, coconut, cocoa powder and baking powder

-Add egg, peanut (or other nut butter) maple syrup and milk until you reach a soft consistency (should not be too liquid)

-Add chocolate chips

-Bake at 180 for 30 minutes
