Do you eat cruciferous vegetables?

They are also incredibly healthy for you, do you know why?

- they contain a compound called sulforaphane, which is a potent inducer of phase II liver detoxification. It is also a potent anti-inflammatory, antioxidant and a powerful anti-cancer compound.

- cruciferous vegetables also contain carotenoids (lutein and zeaxanthin) which protects our eyes.

- they are also a great source of vitamin K, folate, calcium and non-heme iron.
