Sweet alert!
This is the easiest and quickest treat I have ever made.
They are a perfect snack for your mid-afternoon crush or after-dinner sweet cravings.
Ingredients:
· 1 banana
· Peanut butter
· Dark chocolate
Method:
· Slice the banana
· Using a knife, spread peanut butter onto the banana as thick as you like
· Sandwich other banana slice on top and set in the freezer to harden (about 2 hours)
· Melt chocolate
· Dip banana bites into chocolate and store them in the freezer.
One bite contains 100kcal, 10g carbs (5g sugar), 2g of fiber, 3g of protein and 7g of fats.
